With client's general authorization in advance, we will open the letters received and scan it, send it to client (within 10 pages in A4 size documents). All original documents will be sent back to client in quarterly or yearly base by local or international courier.
Client be reminded that we will not receive any non-documents parcel for client. For small size parcel (within 5cm X 30cm X 30cm) will be kept in our office for 3 working days without any storage charges.
All letters or small parcel can be kept in our office for maximum one year with corresponding storage charge (applied to small parcel only). All letters or small parcel will be disposed after our first and final notification to client and no collection by clients in due course.
We will not bear any legal liability arise due to disposal of documents if clients do not collect the informed letters or small parcel from their initiative.
Local HK mail no exceed 30g, HK$8 will be charged per letter. HK$300 need to be paid as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
China mail no exceed 20g, HK$10 will be charged per letter. HK$300 need to be paid as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
Local HK courier services. Any letters or parcel not exceed 0.5kg and within dimension 5cm x 30cm x 35cm, can be sent to client apointed commercial HK address. HK$20 will be charged for each order. Service fee shall be paid to courier guy by cash at sight. Or deposit us HK$300 as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
Mainland China courier services. Any letters or parcel which is not exceed 0.5kg and within dimension 5cm x 30cm x 35cm (documents only) can be sent to client apointed China address by SF Express company. Courier charges will be reimbursed exactly and with additional HK$10 admin fee. HK$300 need to be paid as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
International courier services. Any Letters or parcel which is not exceed 0.5kg and within dimension 5cm x 30cm x 35cm (documents only)can be sent to client appointed location by Fedex or DHL. Courier charges will be reimbursed exactly and with additional HK$20 admin fee. HK$1,200 need to be paid as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
Documents scanning services. Each scanning order within 3 pages of A4 size paper will be charged HK$8. HK$300 need to be paid as advance payment with 2 year effective services period. Any balance will be non-refundable after expiry date.
