Mr. Clement Siu

He is the founder member and Partner (Non-assurance) of Zeus CPA. Before establishing ZEUS, Clement has over 20 years experiences in accounting and auditing industry acted as a Chief Accountant; Account &Admin Manager in Hong Kong main board listed company and Multi- National Corporations. His current practice specializes in auditing as a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) and Arbitrator in domestic and cross-border arbitration, with a particular focus on shareholders disputes, as well as aspects of corporate tax planning.

Mr. Tommy Hon

He is the founder member and Managing Director (Assurance) of Zeus CPA. Before establishing ZEUS. He had worked in international second tier CPA firms and listed companies in Hong Kong. He is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tommy has profound experience in assurance services since 2007. He also has extensive experience in audits of listed and private companies in a wide range of businesses including manufacturing, construction, trading, etc. He handled several IPO, Very significant acquisitions and annual audit cases as below:
